Running from 7th–27th July 2025, A Taste of Summer: Tamarind x Paxton & Whitfield invites diners on a one-of-a-kind gastronomic journey that redefines the art of pairing. Expect a beautifully curated menu that brings together Tamarind’s contemporary Indian cuisine with Paxton & Whitfield’s exceptional range of artisan cheeses—each dish thoughtfully paired with wines selected by renowned expert Matthew Jukes.
This is more than a menu—it’s a celebration of heritage and innovation. Paxton & Whitfield, established in 1797 and holder of Royal Warrants since the reign of Queen Victoria, brings centuries of cheesemaking tradition to the table. Tamarind, known for its modern approach to Indian cooking, offers a platform where spice and structure meet the richness and complexity of fine cheeses.
The collaboration culminates on National Wine & Cheese Day – 25th July, with a special elevated service that highlights the most exciting pairings from the menu.
