Graceburn Cheese on Avocado Toast

Looking for a delightful and easy breakfast or snack? Try out this delicious Graceburn with Avocado and Plum & Habanero Jam Toast recipe. With creamy avocado, tangy cheese, and a hint of sweetness from the jam, this dish is a perfect balance of flavours. Here's how to make it:

Ingredients

Serves 2
  • Flax seeds for serving
  • 1 avocado
  • Graceburn cheese - 2/3 cubes
  • Paxton & Whitfield's Plum & Habanero Jam - 2 teaspoons
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Splash of olive oil or use the olive oil from the Graceburn.
  • Salt & pepper to season

Instructions:

  1. Cut bread and toast to desired toasting.
  2. Scoop the avocado into a bowl, roughly chop or if you prefer a mashed texture, mash it further.
  3. Add a squeeze of lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to the avocado.
  4. Spread 2 teaspoons of the Plum & Habanero Jam across bread, or more or less to your liking.
  5. Evenly spread avocado on top of the jam.
  6. Sprinkle over the crumbly Graceburn on top of the avocado.
  7. Sprinkle flaxseeds on top to finish.
  8. Enjoy!
