The creamy texture and full flavour of artisan soft cheese is a crowd pleaser; perfect for serving on our artisan cheese biscuits with soft cheese confit and also for cooking into some of our cheese recipes. Our house range of soft cheese includes decadent triple cream cheese, not dissimilar to Brillat Savarin is Trinty, we also have our buttery Celtic Soft cheese, earthy Camembert and mellow goat's cheese Celtic Capra.
